Julie provides specialised counselling and occupational therapy to help clients address changes in sexual function, intimacy, and desire. She supports individuals and couples experiencing challenges related to menopause, hormonal changes, erectile function, pelvic health, or the emotional aspects of sexual relationships. Her services help clients build confidence, rediscover pleasure, and foster deeper connections.
Oncology-Related Sexual Wellness
Recognising the impact that cancer treatment can have on intimacy and sexual function, Julie offers tailored therapy to help survivors and their partners adapt to physical and emotional changes. She provides education, strategies, and tools to support meaningful and satisfying sexual lives after treatment.
Women's Circles
Monthly, heart-led gatherings where women come together to reconnect—with themselves and each other. Each session includes meaningful conversation, gentle mindfulness, and light, nourishing activities that support reflection, healing, and growth.
Reiki
Facilitated by Lucy, Reiki Master Practitioner, this energy session offers a calm, supportive space for deep relaxation and energetic balance. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy (Rei-Ki). Sessions are fully clothed on a supportive treatment table. With your consent, you choose whether the practitioner’s hands are placed on the body or held lightly above it, keeping you fully in control of your experience. The practitioner works intuitively with the body’s natural energy, using hand positions supporting the nervous system and promoting a state of rest, ease, and clarity.
Many clients experience benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, emotional regulation, enhanced wellbeing, and a greater sense of grounding. Sessions are guided intuitively and tailored to individual needs, making Reiki a supportive complement to any personal healing, wellness, or medical care you may already be receiving.
